What does a Desk Estimator (DE) with Paul Davis do? Restoration Desk Estimators work with team Sales Associates, Project Managers, and Third-Party Administrators after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to accurately scope project clean-up and repairs to residential and commercial property. DE Also:

- Communicate with Sales Associates and Project Managers scope and expectations for rebuild
- Complies With Third-Party Administrator’s estimate requirements
- Learn new things daily about scoping and signing construction projects
- Get results and set proper expectations for others

- Proficient with variety of current technology

- Previous estimating experience (ex. Xactimate) preferred
- Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility

- Meet operational objectives
- Track metrics during monthly GS&R
- Works and collaborates with Estimators and Project Managers
- Profitably scope estimates
- Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements
- Ensure estimate service level targets are met

- Our current DEs yearly pay range from $35,000 to $45,000 depending on experience
