DENTAL ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST NEEDED
Organized & dedicated person needed for position in Slidell dental office four days a week. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be willing to be cross trained as both receptionist and dental assistant.
Required skills and duties include:
- Knowledge of dental front office procedures
- Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Excellent telephone skills and etiquette
- Check-in patients and ensure patient paperwork completion
- Verify Insurance
- Collect Payments
- Experience with posting charges and dental billing codes
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain front office organization
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Strong computer knowledge with dental software experience
- Work Chairside with the doctor performing dentistry
- Clean and reset rooms
- Clean and sterilize instruments
- Team player

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
