WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ASPHALT PAVING CREW LEADER

• 2 years of experience in paving and parking lot maintenance
• Proficiency in operating skid steers, milling tools, pavers, and rollers or compactors
• Hands-on experience in asphalt repair, light paving, seal coating, and line striping
• In-depth knowledge and experience in asphalt paving techniques and processes

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR ASPHALT PAVING CREW LEADER

As an Asphalt Paving Crew Leader, you will work a full-time schedule with hours that vary, primarily during the day. Flexibility is essential as night and weekend shifts will be required. Additionally, longer shifts may be necessary due to weather constraints, ensuring that projects are completed to our high standards.

In this role, you will lead your team in performing critical asphalt repair and re-paving tasks, ensuring parking lots and other projects are maintained to perfection. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing the crew, coordinating activities, and managing team dynamics to ensure efficient operations and top-quality results. You will operate equipment such as skid steers, milling tools, pavers, and rollers/compactors, and handle tasks including light paving, sealcoating, and line-striping. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in overcoming challenges and ensuring the success of each project.
