What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk/Runner position at Pavese Law Firm?
Job Description of Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Hand deliveries to and from courthouse, post office, and other businesses.
- Answer telephone, direct calls and take messages.
- Routinely order and restock supplies. Keep kitchen and conference rooms neat & tidy.
- File, scan documents and data entry.
- Keep the property grounds free of any debris.
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively and proactively within a team environment.
- Strong time management skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently and to meet deadlines.
- Initiative, flexibility, resiliency and a willingness to adapt to change.
- Capable of lifting up to 20 to 25 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
