We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality & Safety Administrator to support our commitment to delivering high-quality products while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Duties
As the Quality & Safety Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet rigorous quality standards while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Your key duties will include:
- Leading and supervising the Quality & Safety Control on site to ensure consistent performance and compliance
- Testing/ training for concrete blocks for key specifications such as height, density, and moisture content
- Conducting quality audits of finished goods in the plant, yard, and at reseller locations
- Documenting, analyzing, and reporting all quality and safety data accurately
- Developing and delivering safety training for all staff, including onboarding and ongoing instruction
- Conducting regular safety audits and inspections, identifying hazards, and enforcing corrective actions
- Maintaining and updating safety procedures and compliance documentation (e.g., SDS sheets, OSHA logs)
- Collaborating with operations and leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety and quality practices
We’re seeking a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting and brings strong communication and problem-solving skills. Successful candidates will have:
- Minimum 1 year of quality control experience in an industrial environment
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Willingness to travel locally as needed
