ECD, a Pavion company is seeking a talented and motivated Low Voltage Technician to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation and setup of low voltage systems, specifically Nursecall systems.

Follow wiring diagrams and technical instructions to complete installations and repairs

Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and industry regulations

Communicate effectively with Project Manager, Project Supervisors, and Project Coordinators

Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in low voltage systems is a plus
- Basic knowledge of low voltage systems and wiring techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working a hospital or healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, tools, and work in various physical environments.
- Previous experience in a construction related field or with low voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
