What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial worker position at Paw Oasis Pet Resort?
We’re in search of a hard-working team player to join us as a janitor. You’ll be in charge of the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of our building.
A typical day includes cleaning floors, cleaning dog suites, dishes, laundry, windows and any additional maintenance duties as needed.

Compensation : $14 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Lock doors to ensure building security once cleaning is finished
- Perform daily janitorial duties such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash
- Remove dangerous hazards and clean up spills with squeegees or sponges
- Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, and supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis
- Clean up dog eliminations such as urine, feces, and other body eliminations.
- Replace supplies, clean windows, mop and vacuum floors, clean restrooms, and clean counters and surfaces in all rooms.
Qualifications :
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
