Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Fall Intern at Paybility Financial. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fall Intern to join our team remotely. This internship is designed for students currently enrolled in a bachelor's program with a strong interest in Human Resources (HR), Recruiting, or Marketing. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in key areas, including market research, data analysis, customer outreach, and team support.
This is an unpaid internship requiring a commitment of 20–30 hours per week and is conducted fully remotely. Additionally, the intern will be involved in creating reports, assisting with marketing, recruiting, and working on special projects as assigned by the team.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills for market research and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer outreach and support
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Excel, for creating reports and data analysis
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possesses a keen interest in the financial services industry
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing, human resources, recruiting, or a related field is a plus
- This is an unpaid internship, but it is potentially eligible for school credit hours.
