Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with Paychex policies and procedures. Responsibilities Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of a single Paychex product Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization Documents all interactions Qualifications Associate's Degree - Preferred Problem Solving - Required Microsoft Office - Required Prioritization - Required Empathy - Required Business Objectives - Required Customer Service - Required Adaptability - Required Action Oriented - Required Communication - Required Detail Oriented - Required Writing - Required Teamwork - Required Compensation n the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay for this position is $18.00 - $27.76 hourly bonus. Please keep in mind that this is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
