Within this framework, Paycom's product solutions are organized into portfolios and groups, each comprising product leaders, managers and analysts.
The Associate Instructional Designer at Paycom will play a crucial role in ensuring learning materials created for Paycom's LMS product are both engaging and effective. This position is integral to ensuring the quality, relevance and usability of our offerings, contributing to the overall success of our business initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct quality assurance for work produced by other instructional designers to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Provide appropriate, actionable feedback.
- Upload and maintain courses on Paycom's LMS product, ensuring that all content is current and accessible to learners.
- Develop engaging and effective learning content that meet business needs, learning objectives and needs of our audience.
- Utilize a variety of instructional design models and methodologies to create diverse learning experiences.
- Continuously evaluate and improve instructional materials based on feedback and learning outcomes.
- Learn and gain subject matter expertise in Paycom's LMS product.
- Respond to stakeholder questions and provide support regarding course content and course trials.
