As a Customer Service Loans Specialist, you will support your office in day-to-day responsibilities to ensure proper operations and the success of a Consumer Loan office. You will provide outstanding in-person customer service, call customers to get them on track with payments, prepare loan documents, take payments, and assist with any customer questions or needs. You will be provided in-depth training to understand our products and how we are able to help our customers.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone
- Receive and post payments
- Maintain and balance cash drawer daily
- Perform collections calls on delinquent accounts with dignity and respect to our customers and build solutions
- Make daily bank deposits
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
- Tax preparation (may vary by location)
- Network within the community to find and attract new business
- Work closely with other team members and Manager to obtain branch goals
