Customer Service/Payroll Specialist...Hours are 9 to 5, M-F and we also have a 4 day work week option. Must have a vehicle to get to work and have impeccable record of attendance. Job Description
- Providing quality customer service to all clients.
- Contacting clients daily to obtain information for payroll production.
- Resolving all client questions and problems in a timely manner.
- Establishing payroll schedules with clients.
- Entering all payroll data necessary to process and meet clients payroll schedules.
- Maintaining current knowledge of the PayPros, Inc. payroll processing systems and changes in payroll laws.
- Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance.
- Corresponding with federal, state, and local tax agencies on behalf of clients.
- Researching and resolving client and system issues.
- Maintaining a high rate of client retention through quality service.
- Taking on special projects as needed.
- Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
- Applying Critical Thinking to decision making.
- Maintain the highest level of clear communications within and without the company as possible along with respectful behavior.
- Adopting and handling an area of expertise and specialty within the company.
- Participating in and conducting branch training sessions as needed. - Any other job that is necessary as you deem important to serve the client without putting the company at risk in any way. Check with your manager if you are unsure.

Requirements of a Payroll Specialist
-NO DEGREE Necessary - High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Ability and Desire to learn.
-Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.

Job starts at $16.00/hour plus benefits, including PTO, Year End Bonus, 401(k), Company paid Accident and Life, 50% of Health Insurance, Dental and Vision.
