The key responsibilities for a Distribution Associate are as follows:
- Order fulfillment – stocking and replenishment, picking, packing and shipping to ensure the customer delivery process is efficient and accurate
- Order picking - pull and prepare product, while ensuring the exact number and type of product are properly located by the pick ticket
- Order packing - pack orders properly, ensuring heaviest items on bottom, selecting the proper packing materials
- Stock and restock shelves – rotating items, returning merchandise to shelves
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
