About the Role
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will provide essential support for HR and assist with administrative tasks. The HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of HR functions, maintaining HR data, and providing administrative support. This position offers a valuable opportunity to be part of a dynamic HR team and contribute to the success of HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for HR activities, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
- Handle business travel arrangement, including air ticket and accommodation booking etc.
- Manage HR budget and track spending, expenses etc.
- Serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries related to HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the execution of HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR data in systems, databases, and records when necessary.
- Support documentation for HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform other related duties and projects as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and document management.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
