About the Job:
We are currently looking for an Adult Family Home Program Manager (on site) for our 24-hour customized living home in Stillwater, MN.
The Program Manager directs and manages the operations and activities of the residents and their home to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies that apply. To provide a need-led service by adopting a person-centered approach that fosters self-awareness, and personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regard to decision-making and lifestyle choices.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- To lead by example, in a positive working environment and develop effective teams within the Home.
- Provide regular supervision and annual appraisal to staff in line with the agency’s procedures and standards.
- To ensure good quality working relationships are built and maintained between staff and the individuals, they are supporting.
Training Requirements:
- Program Manager Training.
- Person-Centered Training.
- Food Management Training.
- Housing Policy & Procedures.

Education/ Experience:
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities.
- One year of supervisory experience in personal care services or in a related program.
