- Work on-site at events to support real-time execution, ensuring food is prepared, held, and served according to event timelines and service flow
- Coordinate closely with culinary leadership, FOH teams, and Event Operations to anticipate service needs, adjust pacing as needed, and support seamless guest experiences
- Set up, stock, and break down event kitchens and service areas, ensuring all tools, equipment, and ingredients are ready for timely execution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment during prep, service, and breakdown at all venues and off-premise locations
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling, storage, labeling, and temperature control
- Receive, rotate, and store food products according to FIFO standards to ensure freshness and quality
- Support inventory management by monitoring usage of food products, disposables, linens, and cleaning supplies and communicating needs to culinary leadership
- Assist with proper disposal and organization of trash, recycling, and compost in accordance with venue and company standards
- Demonstrate strong situational awareness during events, responding proactively to changes, challenges, or timing shifts
- Uphold Peachtree’s standards of professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
