We’re looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist who is organized, friendly, and passionate about helping others. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your attention to detail and people skills truly matter, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with a smile and ensure they feel welcome and cared for
- Check patients in and out and update patient records
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to keep the day running smoothly
- Answer phones professionally and assist patients with questions or concerns
- Collect co-pays and balances, and assist with financial arrangements
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to visits
- Support the team with administrative tasks
- Keep the front office area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Run campaigns for patient satisfaction and marketing
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive, patient-first attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience with Open Dental (or other dental software) is a plus
- Able to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively with the team
- Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus
