Project Manager

We are currently one of the youngest and fastest-growing financial planning firms in the country. We have grown from one team member less than three years ago to now over 24 team members. Our home office is located in Columbus, OH.

We are looking for an A Player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of projects, ensuring efficiency and organization across teams. - Experience with workflow optimization and process improvement

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met

- Act as a bridge between departments to streamline communication and workflows

- Implement and optimize processes for maximum efficiency

- Track project progress and adjust plans as needed

- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution

- Assist in organizing company-wide initiatives, events, and process improvements

- Maintain an organized, structured work environment for the team

- Remove roadblocks and take on administrative tasks to support leadership and advisors
