What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Accounts Representative position at Pearl City Medical Associates, Inc.?
We are seeking a full-time medical biller for a group of 11 physicians.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: entering charges and payments, filing insurance claims, answering billing questions, preparing and mailing out statements, and performing receptionist duties as needed. The individual must be motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, able to prioritize work tasks, and able to complete duties and tasks with minimal supervision. Minimum education required for the position is a high school graduate or equivalent. Candidate MUST have computer knowledge, typing skills, and great customer service skills. Medical billing experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
