Responsibilities for CRT:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine respiratory care needs
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
- Administer respiratory treatments, medications, and therapies as prescribed
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and self-management
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to respiratory care
Qualifications for CRT:
- Current and valid Respiratory Therapist license (Required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with vents unit (Preferred)
