Pebble Beach Scholar

The Pebble Beach Scholars Program is designed to transform your university experience into an extraordinary adventure of intellectual growth, professional development, and personal discovery. The Scholars will develop and explore their interests in hospitality to become effective hospitality professionals. Scholars will have the ability to experience different departments around the Resort through semester long rotations. The program includes hands on training, regarding many different aspects of the resort and the hospitality industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Directly involved with the daily department operations.
• Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure guest satisfaction while promoting the resort.

Desired Skills:

• Prior hospitality or food and beverage work experience preferred.
