FT / PT STORE ASSOCIATE

PECADO Fashion House is seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to support the operational heartbeat of our boutique. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work that keeps a retail space running beautifully behind the scenes.

While this position includes basic customer interaction and checkout responsibilities, it is not a sales-focused role.

PRIMARY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Receive and process inventory shipments

· Steam, tag, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor

· Package and ship online and in-store orders

· Maintain organized stockroom and back-of-house areas

· Assist with mannequin dressing and floor presentation

· Support window displays, seasonal themes, and visual updates

· Perform general operational and maintenance tasks around the store

ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS

· Learn inventory and product details thoroughly

· Process POS transactions and assist with checkout when needed

· Support team members during busy periods

IDEAL CANDIDATE

· Detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable

· Comfortable with physical and repetitive tasks

· Able to work independently and manage time effectively

· Retail operations or inventory experience preferred

COMPENSATION: 16-19.50/h
