Peckar & Abramson, a leading construction law firm with a national footprint, is seeking a litigation associate with 5 -7 years of experience for its Bergen County, New Jersey office.
Interested candidates should be admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Experience in construction litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and a familiarity with the construction industry are strongly preferred. The successful candidate will have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
