What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician-Danbury Court position at Pedcor Companies?
We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service individual with an upbeat, positive and "can do" attitude. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment punch; general plumbing; general electrical; pool operations; and assisting with snow removal. Ability to work Monday to Friday. Shared on-call responsibility. Some weekend availability is also needed. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. Previous apartment maintenance experience and HVAC and CPO certification are a plus and but not required.
