We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor who will also assist as a Service Dept
Scheduler. This dual-role professional will serve as the primary liaison between our customers and the service
department, providing expert guidance on vehicle maintenance and repairs. In addition, the individual will play
a key role in driving business growth by responding to service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and
managing follow-ups.
Requirements : What You'll Do :
Greet customers, assess their vehicle needs, and provide service
recommendations.
Prepare detailed repair orders and ensure timely communication with technicians
and customers.
Maintain an organized schedule of service appointments and ensure a seamless
customer experience.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to generate service
appointments.
Follow up on service leads and recall notifications to maximize customer
retention.
Maintain accurate customer records and provide updates using CRM system
Tekion).
Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve
any issues.
What You’ll Need :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing
exceptional customer service.
Experience in automotive service advising or a related role is preferred.
Proficiency with learning our CRM (Tekion) and dealership management
software.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
