Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
- Maintains appropriate national credentials.
- Demonstrates extensive clinical knowledge to support therapists.
- Preferred minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience.
- Specialized training, certification, or experience.
- At least two years of training or mentoring experience.
- Review client care documentation for guidance and education.
- Complete required administrative duties and verifications.
- Host weekly meetings to align with clinic vision for new employees.
- Monitor productivity and compliance goals for therapy staff.
- Provide data for monthly reporting packages.
- Identify and link therapists to necessary clinical resources.
- Deliver quality evidence-based therapy with comprehensive documentation and caregiver education.
- Ensure adequate supervision for Students, Interns, and Assistants.
- Comply with clinic policies and applicable legal regulations.
- Travel between clinic locations may be required.
