Overview
Pediatric and Adolescent Dentistry is seeking an outgoing, charismatic dental receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow.
- Maintain patient records accurately using Eaglesoft, Weave and other computerized systems.
- Process insurance claims and verify patient eligibility for services.
- Handle clerical tasks such as data entry and maintaining office organization.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and payment option.
- Collaborate with dental team to ensure seamless patient care and office management.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental setting is required.
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar electronic health record systems is necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in clerical duties and office management practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients and staff effectively.
