Duties
As an LMFT, LCSW, or LCMHC you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups.
Your duties will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for clients
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions
- Implementing evidence-based interventions to address mental health concerns
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Advocating on clients' needs and rights
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records
Required Experience & Skills:
✅ EMDR or Play Therapy experience (required)
✅ Crisis intervention and crisis management skills
✅ Experience working with children and adolescents (required)
✅ Proficiency in telehealth service delivery
✅ Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
Minimum Requirements
Must hold a valid LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LCMHC
Must have either play therapy or EMDR experience Licensure in NC is required, Licensure in SC highly valued.
Proficient in providing telehealth services Experience working as a children and adolescents provider or willingness to do so.
Job Types: Full-time, W2 salary or
Compensation for W2 salary:
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
- Bonus: Up to $5,000 additional performance-based bonus
- Additional Earnings: Opportunities for income from group therapy services, supervision of interns or associate level therapists.
Compensation for Contractor 60-70% depending on experience
