Phone Operator Job Responsibilities:
Supports physician staff by representing physicians; answering and screening telephone calls; scheduling patient appointments and arranging referrals; collecting accounts receivables; preparing medical reports, patient histories, operative notes, manuscripts, and correspondence; maintaining office files and patient records. Administrative duties assigned as needed.
Phone Operator Skills and Qualifications:
Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Business Knowledge, Organization, Time Management, Customer Service, Verbal Communication, PC Proficiency, Reporting Skills
- good hearing and a clear telephone voice
- a confident and polite telephone manner
- the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- a good standard of spoken and written English and Spanish/Portuguese
- basic computer and keyboard skills
- excellent customer care skills
- the ability to deal with difficult calls in a calm and professional manner

Work Location - Beverly
Hours - Full-Time, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum age - 18yrs
Bilingual - Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking
