What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Dental Assistant position at Pediatric Dental Associates and Orthodontics?

What We’re Looking For:
- Must have or be able to obtain Arkansas RDA and X-ray certification
- People-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral hygiene
- Ability to maintain an organized and smooth patient flow in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, assisting chairside using four-handed dentistry
- Apply pit and fissure sealants
- Educate patients and parents on the importance of good oral hygiene (OHI)
- Operate x-ray equipment for complete and/or selective oral radiographic services
- Ensure efficient patient flow from reception to operatories, coordinating activities of multiple operatories
