Our busy, exclusively pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus practice is currently seeking a Full-Time Call Center Representative to support providers in our Fort Worth location.
Family friendly environment with 7:30am- 4pm workday, M-F.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and maintain exceptional telephone etiquette at all times
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of scheduling system to facilitate optimal patient flow
- Transfer/route calls properly
- Efficient and accurate data entry into computer
- Verify insurance information
- Maintain confidentiality of patient, staff and physician information
- Assume duties of other office personnel when an absence occurs
- Possess good organization and strong communication skills and have the ability to interact with a wide variety of people
- Have exceptional multi-tasking abilities, professional conduct, and time-management skills
- Be computer literate with a proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Any other duties relating to the business operation of the medical practice that may be assigned by a physician or supervisor
- Sit for long periods of time
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Occasional travel among offices may be required
