Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled LVN with experience in pediatric home health care to join our team in Hondo, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to children in the comfort of their own homes. As an LVN, you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic medical care to patients. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. This position requires availability Monday through Thursday from 8a-6p.
