Job Description: Pediatric Home Health Scheduler

Location: San Antonio, TX, 78255

Skills Required:

• Scheduling Coordinator
• Serving as the liaison between the agency, client caregiver and PDN Nurse
• Assigning home health nurses to different households
• Customer service skills
• Marketing skills
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs, Kantime, Excel
• Highly organized
• Multitasking skills
• Planning and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• May work with outside health providers to coordinate certain types of care

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage the flow of patient care
• Ensure that quality service is provided, and patient satisfaction is met
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Ensure that all objectives and goals of the program are met
• Ensure that patients and caregivers are satisfied with their services
• Keep daily records and reports
• Mon - Fri 8a - 5p and weekends as needed.
• Pay range is $15hr - $17hr negotiable
