Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to children under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
- Educate and support families on therapy techniques and strategies to use at home.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements:
- Active Louisiana license.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to manage patients with different involvement levels.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact on children's lives.
