**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to pediatric patients and their families.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct physical exams and developmental assessments on pediatric patients
- Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and injuries
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical records
**Requirements:**
- Valid Pediatric Nurse Practitioner license
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on pediatrics
- Proficiency in Epic or similar electronic health record systems
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Prior experience working with children in settings such as home care, pediatric clinic, or clinical research
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
