Responsibilities:
The individual will report to the Director of Finance and assist in driving results for key enterprise initiatives prioritized by the executive team. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to perform in a dynamic environment. The individual will interact directly with the C-Suite, requiring comfort in that space and the ability to prepare executive-level presentations. This role functions as an in-house consultant, with responsibilities varying by project. The individual should be able to work during east coast hours and travel on-site as needed.
- Examine financial and operational data to identify opportunities for optimization and EBITDA growth
- Develop business cases and build financial models
- Lead and manage the execution of strategic initiatives
- Prepare and present executive-level materials
- Collaborate with various functions across the organization
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports
- Conduct market research, develop reports, and perform ad hoc financial analysis
- Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes
- Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist with various tasks.
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 8-10 years experience of financial analysis/modeling
- Healthcare experience is a plus
Hardware/Software:
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Oracle and SmartView are a plus
***Once per month travel to Florida corporate office for monthly onsite meetings with the executive team required.
