Purpose: The Order Picking Specialist is responsible for picking CD, Wholesale, and major account orders in a timely manner and as accurately as possible. They will work with the rest of the picking team, Operations Manager, and DC Supervisors and Leads to help make daily goals.
This position is based at our headquarters in Michigan City, IN.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary Function Order Picking
- Utilize OWMS to pick orders
- Have working knowledge of all various picking screens, aisle numbering system, etc.
- Follow procedures for picking Wholesale and Consumer Direct orders
- Make suggestions on how to improve picking processes to improve speed, accuracy, or both.
- Utilize OWMS to pick orders
- Secondary Functions
- Assist in other areas of the DC as needed and assigned by Operations Manager, DC Supervisors, or Leads
- This includes but not limited to:
- Packing WS
- Casing CD
- Making Boxes
- Shipping
- Replenishment
- Inbound Receiving
- Special Projects
- Etc.
- This includes but not limited to:
- Assist in other areas of the DC as needed and assigned by Operations Manager, DC Supervisors, or Leads
