Job Description:
- Provide functional support to end-users for BOM, Change, and Document Management processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
- Support Engineering Change workflows (ECR, ECO, ECN) and BOM structuring activities.
- Guide users on best practices for document versioning, approvals, and lifecycle management.
- Participate in testing, validation, and UAT of configurations and workflows.
- Create user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions.
- Collaborate with admin and development teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
- Maintain support documentation, logs, and suggest process improvements.
