We are seeking an Intelligence/Program Analyst that has experience supporting the federal government, commercial, and non-governmental organizations. Considered candidates will have the opportunity to support our nation’s public health initiatives through direct work with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

General Duties:
- Providing ongoing threat/risk intel analysis
- Coordinate and liaise with the Department of State (DOS) on repatriation matters
- Conduct intelligence research, summarize intelligence analysis and develop meaningful intelligence assessments for written products, and/or oral briefs
- Research databases for use in written reports and products.
- Monitors and analyzes strategic and operational intelligence information. Provides intelligence guidance in disaster human services case management and repatriation operations.
- Research and coordinate threat assessments in support of agency programs.
- Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of preset strategic direction
- Support assessments of challenges using specialized skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development and execution of project or task plans and interfaces with Government and Contractor personnel
- Design, develop, and summarize findings from multiple sources regarding business operations
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional Intelligence/Program Analyst experience
- SECRET level security clearance
- Firm understanding of industry best practices and the repatriation program
- Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills
- Unrestricted work authorization
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to calculate statistics like mathematical averages and percentages
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Effective communication skills
