The Role :
- Conduct daily safety inspections of employees and job sites.
- Develop, manage, and maintain safety and health policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Facilitate safety trainings and proactively identify training needs.
- Identify site safety hazards, ensure compliance, and implement improvements.
- Investigate incidents and mitigate risks through prevention strategies.
- Manage PPE inventory and ensure proper usage.
- Oversee subcontractor health and safety practices.
- Build relationships with Midwest Occupational Medicine to manage accidents, injuries, and workers' compensation cases.
