• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Design and lead safety training programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with global EH&S regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into product designs.
• Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
