Job Description
Location : Chicago, IL
Duration : 6 Months
Title : Project Manager
• Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of assigned initiatives
• Acts as liaison between the assigned initiative resources, delivery owner, and key stakeholders during the duration of an initiative to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Communicates status to team and business owners throughout the duration of the assignment and post implementation to make certain all impacted stakeholders understand risks, issues and activities related to the initiative
• Provides performance insights to Strategic Portfolio Management team regarding health, progress, resource demand management, and risks to assist with future portfolio planning efforts
Project Pipeline - Expected to work / Manage:
• Corporate Identifier – In flight but will need coverage.
• Enabling 360 View of B2B Customer – Anticipating to start work on this soon. Phase 1 will be functionally funded and will be focused on foundational data enablement. Expected to be about a 6 month effort.
• Business Product Process Improvement – New project request from the product team. This project will align parts of the business product process for areas on product naming and pricing. It will ensure that product and pricing in Partner Pricing (Schedule M), Mobile Market Place, Sales Order Forms and Sales Force are all correctly listed and will remove legacy products. It will automate processes where possible and will align with BASS OPs to update process flows and procedures.
