Major Duties and Responsibilities: Handle all income calls in a timely, professional, courteous manner Back up Logistics Specialist I Expected to handle order entry/data entry of all shipment specifics with 100% accuracy Dispatch shipments for pickup once data entry is completed Create and maintain relationships with clients and vendors Assist our accounting department by providing backup information as necessary Participate in cross training and continuous skill development Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested, i.e. reports, file record maintenance, etc. Ensure accessorials are being added appropriately under our vendor and customer costs lines as necessary Confirm pickup completed as expected and verify pieces’ weights and dimensions Must be able to occasionally work weekends and after hours during peak times Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: High School Diploma or equivalent No prior experience necessary Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be confident, team-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Self-managed and highly motivated Displays integrity, reliability, empathy, and strong work ethic Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Results-oriented; Display sense of urgency Pegasus Logistics Group is breaking the mold and we want employees as passionate and diverse as we are.
