JOB SUMMARY:
Cleans and services building areas according to established procedures. Moves furniture, equipment and supplies in and around the facility. Performs a variety of environmental services duties to maintain the facility in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition.
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Some related experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid Iowa driver’s license and meet satisfactory motor vehicle record requirements, if applicable.
- Must maintain and provide proof of his/her own auto insurance policy, if applicable.
- Must have knowledge of or ability to learn cleaning techniques and infection control practices.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to operate equipment.
- Ability to learn with moderate direction.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work at a steady and quick pace.
