A Progressive Electrical Contractor with 40 years of service, seeking experienced, highly motivated and dependable Electrical Project Manager with a minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager for projects throughout the GA and the Southeast. Must have a strong background and understanding of the electrical contracting business including all phases of electrical installation/electrical material and blueprint reading.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete accurate and timely project Submittals, Change Orders, RFI's, and GC Communication, i.e. respond to customers' needs.
- Facilitate Turnover (Start Up) Meetings with Estimator, Project Coordinator, Superintendent, General Foreman and Foreman to eliminate mistakes, increase productivity and maximize profits.
- Conduct WIP Meetings monthly to achieve project budget, quality and deadline.
- Submit job Specific contract closeout documents promptly and accurately in facilitate final payment on the Project.
- Complete cost to complete and pay request for every project to achieve project budget, quality and deadline.

- Some project management experience is required
- Must have electrical experience in installation, material, and reading blueprints/drawings
- Have worked in the electrical industry for a minimum of 5 years
