Patient Companion Position Summary
Promotes the therapeutic milieu and the efficiency of the nursing team. Provides assistance with activities of daily living, unless the patient needs are such that adverse health consequences are predictable.
Patient Companion Position Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Completion of NAPPI or CPI de-escalation training within 6 months of hire
Patient Companion Benefits
- At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
