Essential Functions :
- Oversees and manages sales activities for the dual properties.
- Creates and maintains an office environment conducive to effective selling and customer advocacy.
- Oversees hiring and training and development of Sales Managers and Hourly Sales Associates / Coordinators.
- Drives revenue to meet budget expectations.
- Drives both guest and associate satisfaction while ensuring the department's financial success.
- Leads the sales team in focusing on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives.
- Upholds the NPH Guest Service Principles.
