Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in bartending, catering, customer service, and team management. Knowledge of Aloha POS, food production, and kitchen operations is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any customer inquiries or issues
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending, catering, or hotel management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer needs
- Proficiency in team management and leadership
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interview, train, and motivate staff effectively
