Position: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, opening accounts, and performing banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their banking needs
- Complete documentation and perform point-of-sale processing on all types of new accounts
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information on bank products and services
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to customers
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cash handling experience preferred
