Job Responsibilities
Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager with experience consistent, but not limited to:
Responsibilities Include
- Successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction observation and materials testing projects;
- Managing existing clients and developing new clients;
- Overseeing and developing geotechnical field explorations (test borings, test pits, infiltration testing, etc.),
- Developing proposals;
- Performing and reviewing geotechnical calculations;
- Drafting and reviewing geotechnical reports
- Ability to develop budgets,
- Ability to write technical reports with limited oversight,
- Ability to manage other engineers and technicians,
- Knowledge of local codes and regulations in NYS and NJ.
- Knowledge of geophysical testing
- Ability to interpret field data
- Ability to lift 50lbs
